- Registration fees are only an online presentation fee.
- Participants may appear as co-authors in different works and participants will be charged half of the full fee for each additional presentation.
- Presentations with multiple authors will only receive a certificate of attendance that includes the title of the abstract to the authors presenting.

Refund Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy:
- You can pay the conference fee online immediately to the account numbers listed above. Online presentation fees take place in two different groups as students and academic participants. The fee for students is 250 TL for national participants and 35 Euro / 40 USD for international participants. The fee for academic participants is 300 TL for national participants and 45 Euro / 50 Dollars for international participants.
- For presentations that are not presented, even if payment has been made, at the end of the conference, no certificate will be given and the abstract of presentation will not be included in the abstract book.
- In case of cancellation, application must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org There will be no refund for persons who do not cancel before 10 May or do not attend the conference.
- For registration cancellations made prior to 10 May, the full payment will be refunded within 3 days after the registration, in other cases half of the payment will be refunded. No registration cancellation will be made after 10 May.
- If you can not attend the meeting, a substitute delegate may be appointed at no additional cost. However, the original participant should write a letter to the Organizing Committee with the cancellation letter before 1 June 2020. This information should include the name of the reserve delegate.
