Submission Guideline

We invite proposals for completed studies, work-in-progress and studies currently under design. The deadline for all proposals is May 15, 2021.  

  • Blinded versions of proposals should be uploaded through the submission system on the website. 

 

  • After a double-review process by the scientific committee, we will email a notification of acceptance letter. Please respond to the email with unblinded versions of your accepted proposal. 

 

  • Proposals and final papers must be submitted in English. 

 

Proposals must include the title, the abstract, keywords and references parts. The proposals should be between 300 and 700 words (excluding references). 

The proposals should discuss the following items:

Completed studies (no more than 700-word):

  • purpose of the study
  • research question(s) 
  • theoretical framework or perspectives
  • methodology
  • results
  • discussion
  • conclusion

Work-in-progress (no more than 500-word):

  • purpose of the study
  • research question(s)  
  • theoretical framework or perspectives
  • methodology
  • preliminary results

Work-under Design (no more than 300-word):

  • purpose of the study
  • research question(s)  
  • brief literature review 
  • methodology

 

Presentation Guidelines:

All presentations are scheduled for 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and feedback).

 

Submission Limit

  • An individual may serve as the primary presenting author for only one study.
  • An individual may be co-author for no more than four studies.
  • Accepted proposals will be published in the conference proceedings providing if all authors complete registration (including payment). For more information on registration, see the registration section of the conference website.
